Access to the CNRS Building

Access to the CNRS Délégation Paris Michel-Ange is subject to security enforcement. Participants are required to have an ID document to be allowed to enter the building and get their badges. This procedure will be done every day during the workshop week, or each time during the day when leaving and re-entering the CNRS Délégation.

 
Registration and fee
Registration will start on Monday March 7 at 9 am.
The regular workshop fee is 150 Euros and includes all coffee breaks, lunches as well as the workshop dinner. For participants not wishing to attend the workshop dinner, the fee is 120 Euros. Accompanying guests wishing to join the dinner will be charged 35 Euros. Fee is waived for students.
The fee payment can be done preferably by bank transfer to the CEA Bank account (mentioning "Workshop CLAS12" in the heading) before arrival or in cash ( Euros only , we will not be able to accept foreign currency) when registering.
 
Various
Plenary sessions will be held in the Marie Curie Auditorium which is equipped with wireless connection facility. Thursday afternoon working groups parallel sessions will be dispatched in the auditorium and two other rooms.
The plenary sessions will be filmed and webcasted live. The videos of the sessions will also be accessible through archived links. The parallel sessions will be transmitted through video conference equipment.
Participants will have lunches at the local CNRS cafeteria.
