Overall meeting organisation

The meeting will be held at CEA/DAp in Saclay.

Registration is free but compulsory (see the registration page).

SAG meeting:

The Science Advisory Group meeting will start at 11:00 on Monday, April 16 and end by 12:15 on Tuesday, April 17.

It will be held in room Galilee (small separate building) on Monday.

Note: The SSC Science Advisory Group Meeting is open to the whole Consortium and interested locals.

StG meeting:

The Steering Group meeting will be held on Monday, April 16 from 17:30 to 19:00.

It will be held in room Kepler of the main building (709), 2^nd floor, in front of the stairs.

Note: The StG meeting is attended by one representative of each SSC Co-I institution plus invited persons.

SASWG meeting:

The Science Analysis Software Working Group Meeting will be held on Tuesday afternoon, April 17.

It will start at 14:00 and end by 16:30.

It will be held in room Cassini of the main building (709), ground floor, left of the main entrance.

Lunches:

On Monday, lunch will be at Les Algorithmes (accessible on foot) after 13:15.

On Tuesday, lunch will be on the main CEA centre, accessible via a shuttle bus which leaves at 12:36. The shuttle leaves the restaurant at 13:45 to get back at 13:50 on time to start the SASWG at 14:00.

Internet access:

Eduroam is available in the premises. For those who do not have an eduroam account, individual Wifi access is available on request.

Consortium dinner:

A dinner will be organised on Monday April 16 at 20:00.
