2013 JCL (2nd Meeting)
The meeting will take place at the CEA Saclay (on site) in
Irfu/SPP building 526 Amphitheater Joliot Curie.
The Saclay centre is accessible via the
RER B train (blue line).
There will be one free shuttle per day from Le Guichet (train RER B) to Building 526 and back.
With more details: on wednesday november 27th,
the shuttle will depart at 12h
from "Le Guichet" station to CEA-Saclay north gate
to retrieve your entry badge. Do not forget to bring
an ID with photo with you. Once you have obtained
you entry badge, the shuttle will continue to the JCL 2013
venue i.e. Amphitheater Joliot-Curie. The shuttle will
drive you back at "Le Guichet" station at 18h00.
On thursday november 28th the shuttle will depart
at 8h00 from "Le Guichet" station and drive you
to the JCL 2013 venue directly. In the evening
it will drive diretly to Paris to the JCL 2013
Dinner place i.e. Le Grand Bistro de Breteuil,
3 Place de Breteuil, 75007 Paris.
On friday november 29th the shuttle will again depart
at 8h00 from "Le Guichet" station and drive you
to the JCL 2013 venue directly. It will drive back
to LAL Orsay and "Le Guichet" station at 13h30
You should keep your entry badge to CEA-Saclay during the
entire duration of the JCL 2013 at CEA and return it when
leaving CEA on friday november 29th at 13h30 to either
David Attie, Marc Besancon, Paul Colas, Olivier Napoly or
Maxim Titov.
If you missed the above-mentioned shuttle: at the station "Le Guichet", take the standard shuttle Le Guichet Saclay
in the morning and
in the evening.
Alternatively, take the
bus line 269-02.
As already mentioned above the JCL 2013 dinner will take place
on thursday november 28th starting at 20h00 at:

75007 Paris
A contribution of 50 euros will be asked to the participant
to the dinner (cash prefered) and a receipt
will be provided.
