Description de l'offre The selected person  will have two different missions, corresponding to 50% of the time for each of them :

- Ensure the administrative management and communication of the Labex P2IO (Physics of the 2 Infinis and Origins ) in support of the Labex coordinator. The LabEx P2IO brings together the laboratories of Paris-Saclay University in the fields of particle physics, astroparticle, nuclear physics, astrophysics, accelerator sciences, instrumentation and associated interfaces. P2IO's scientific objectives are to answer fundamental questions about our universe by strengthening the synergies between its laboratories. P2IO also promotes the emergence of creative interdisciplinary applications in other fields, such as nuclear energy, biology and medicine, that result from its scientific and technological developments.

- manage the European collaboration AMICI ((Accelerator and Magnet Infrastructure for Cooperation and Innovation), take care of its communication and develop its links with industry. The objectives of this collaboration are the development of technological infrastructures in the field of superconducting accelerators and magnets in Europe, and their perpetuation in particular through openness to industry and innovation. It brings together the major European research laboratories in this field.

For these two missions, in addition to the administrative and financial follow-up of the projects, the selected person will have to :

- organise working meetings, workshops, conferences, events aimed at industry or the general public,

- writing minutes of meetings,

- Contribute to the writing of newsletters and articles

- manage and feed websites

- provide the link between project partners

- ensure the dissemination of information and communication to the outside world

Desired skills :

- Administrative and financial management of research programs,

- Mastery of the use of databases, Excel (advanced),

- Good writing skills

- Mastery of digital communication tools

- Very good oral and written command of English,

- Behavioural skills: rigour, organisation, ability to interact with multiple interlocutors, teamwork, communication.

Trainings :

You have a background in communication after ideally an initial engineering training or an M2 in science. Training in project management is a plus .
