A review of User Operation and the Phase I Upgrade programme will be given. Also to be presented is the Accelerator Phase II Upgrade Project which aims at reducing the Storage Ring Horizontal Emittance by a factor of 30, with a corresponding increase in the brightness of the X-ray source.
