Inscription fees: 350euros , early bird registration 300euros until April,15 2010.
Please add the banquet (55euros/person) and the excursion (50euros/person) fees for you and accompagnying persons.
Excursion, a nice halfday boat trip to Villefranche, will take place on wednesday afternoon. Conference banquet will take place in a Nice ( and nice) restaurant on wednesday evening
We draw your attention to the fact that payment of registration fees will only be accepted through bank transfer (no credit card accepted) or bank checks issued in euros. (order: TRESORERIE DU CEA/SACLAY) Please check with your institute how to proceed well in advance of the registration deadline to avoid any late/delayed payment. Bank transfer must refer to 'IAUSymposium271' as a comment.

Oral presentation can be accepted only if the payment of the fees is received before conference beginning.

Payment in cash will be possible at the registration desk of the conference but in this case the fees will be 350euros even if the registration has been done in early bird period.
