PlotWin

PlotWin is a code to plot beam phase space portrait from the output files of TraceWin and Toutatis in the .dst and .plt format. These files store the macro particles distribution at one location (.dst) or at several locations (.plt) in order to see the evolution of the particle density for instance.

It is possible to estimate the transverse beam profile or emittance for the different planes (xx’, xy, xy’, …). Zoom, hardcopy, save on disk, scale change, copy-paste tools are available.
