  • Swift reveals two possible X-ray counterparts => 1st (compatible with 1RXS J065230.8+533130) is favoured
  • QORG J065231.2+533130 has B=18.3 and R=17.7, and is also detected in 2MASS with J ~17, H ~16 and K ~15
  • X-ray spectrum is well fitted by a power law with Gamma=1.8

  • Optical observation of the suggested optical counterpart in USNO B1.0 at R.A. = 06h 52m 31.407s, Decl. = +53d 31' 31.55" and having B2 = 18.80, R2 = 18.12, I2 = 17.57
  • Detection of [O III] 5007,4959 and broad Balmer emission lines at z = 0.301
  • => broad-line QSO a possible identification of the IGR

  • Source is a broad line AGN, Sey 1.2 at z=0.301
