Posters should be prepared in a format with maximum dimensions of 90 cm wide x 150 cm tall. They should be designed so as to be readable from a distance of 2 meters. Panels and fixing material will be available.
Posters will be exhibited in two groups. Each group will be on display for two consecutive days.
Posters assigned to the Monday and Tuesday sessions should be put up on Monday, April 23, before 5:00 pm, and should be removed on Tuesday, April 24, at 6:30 pm. Each poster assigned to these sessions must have a presenter present between 5:00 pm and 6:30 pm on Monday and Tuesday.
Posters assigned to the Wednesday and Thursday sessions should be put up on Wednesday, April 25, before 5:00 pm, and should be removed on Thursday, April 26, at 6:30 pm. Each poster assigned to these sessions must have a presenter present between 5:00 pm and 6:30 pm on Wednesday and Thursday.
Presentations should be prepared in the form of a common computer file in either PowerPoint or pdf format. Speakers are asked to bring along their presentation material on a CD or a USB key, and to up-load it on the conference PCs well in advance of their session. Speakers should present themselves to their session chairman 15 minutes before the start of the session.
Each of the three oral session rooms will be equipped with a Windows-XP driven laptop, a video-projector, a laser pointer, and microphones. Presenters are required to use the conference PCs; the use of personal PCs will not be possible. Additional PCs will be available in the conference hall for previewing the presentations.
Your presentation should not exceed 20 minutes, including questions, except for those invited papers that have been allocated 30 minutes. We recommend 5 minutes of questions-discussion time.
