Instructions for oral presentations

Presentations should be prepared in the form of a common computer file in either PowerPoint or pdf format. Speakers are asked to bring along their presentation material on a CD or a USB key, and to up-load it on the conference PCs well in advance of their session. Speakers should present themselves to their session chairman 15 minutes before the start of the session.

Each of the three oral session rooms will be equipped with a Windows-XP driven laptop, a video-projector, a laser pointer, and microphones. Presenters are required to use the conference PCs; the use of personal PCs will not be possible. Additional PCs will be available in the conference hall for previewing the presentations.

Your presentation should not exceed 20 minutes, including questions, except for those invited papers that have been allocated 30 minutes. We recommend 5 minutes of questions-discussion time.
