Description The MicroBox MB-CABTF2 is a multiplexer of analog inputs for resistive sensor measurements. This system can measure very low temperatures from 1,8 to 350 K with a very high precision. The typical applications are for cryogenic control systems. To avoid the heathing of the sensors with their own measurement current at low temperature, a software chooses automatically to supply them from current mode to voltage mode (for resistance 150 to 40000 Ohms). Internal numeric processing produces directly the 16 conversion values in floating point every 150 ms (6,25 Hz). The MB-CABTF2 can be connected on fieldbus for industrial process control. Available protocols are Modbus through a RS485 or RS232 communication channel, Profibus-DP or WorldFIP FieldBus (IEC standardisation).
