After decades of theoretical speculation, the exploration of the TeV energy frontier has now in fact begun, with the results provided by ground-based and space-born observatories of gamma-rays (Fermi, HESS, Magic, Veritas, Cangaroo, Milagro), anti-matter (PAMELA, ATIC, HESS and soon AMS-02) and neutrinos (IceCube, Antares); with a large number of ongoing direct Dark Matter search experiments exploiting different detection techniques, and with the TeV particle accelerators Tevatron and the Large Hadron Collider. The physics underlying these experiments involves many intertwined problematics, such as the nature of Dark Matter, Physics beyond the Standard Model, the origin of Cosmic Rays and the distribution of Dark and visible matter in the Universe.

The plenary sessions of the conference will take place in the Salon de l'Honnorat of the Cite Universitaire de Paris, while parallel sessions (in the afternoon) will take place at the Institut d'Astrophysique de Paris (http://www.iap.fr), next to the historical building of the Observatoire de Paris, both located in the heart of Paris. Registration will open on March 1st, and we encourage interested participants to register well before the deadline of May 15, since Paris is a very popular tourist destination.
