The school, supported by the CNRS, the CEA, and the Lagrange Institute and Fédération de recherche interactions fondamentales in Paris, aims to introduce the participants to the silicon detectors simulation tools used in the fields of high energy physics, nuclear physics, astrophysics and cosmology experiments. The school will bring together the software developers of the SYNOPSYS and SILVACO simulation suites, physicists and engineers from both the public research sector and private companies (notably sensor manufacturers) with expertise on the use of such software, and potential users involved in the R&D activity.
The deadline for the registration is October 18th
