In the framework of the "Espace de Structure et de réactions Nucléaires Théorique" (ESNT), the workshop entitled: "Deciphering nuclear phenomenology across energy scales" will be held on 20-23 September at CEA-Saclay, DPhN b.703 (Orme-des-Merisiers site).
