Simulations of galactic cold dark matter halos

Large cosmological simulations are now able to follow the formation and evolution of cold dark matter structures reliably and with considerable detail. I will present results about the structure and formation of galactic cold dark matter halos and discuss some of the implications for direct and indirect dark matter detection experiments.
