I will present recent results from the SINS integral-field survey of star-forming galaxies at z~2. Our on-going program has revealed evidence for a substantial population of large, rotating disks fueled by cold accretion of gas. The resulting high gas fractions of these systems create super-HII regions, which play an important role in the evolution of these massive galaxies at z~2 and into their present-day form. Other gas processes, including galactic winds and AGN, are also observed and are likely critical to the understanding of the early evolution of these galaxies.
