The physics programme of PANDA (Proton Annihilation at Darmstadt) experiment at FAIR (Facility for Antiproton and Ion Research) will be outlined. Hadron spectroscopy and hadron structure as well as the interaction of hadrons, will be studied with a high intensity antiproton beam of momentum between 1.5 and 15 GeV/c, colliding with proton and ion targets. Some aspects related to the unicity of this experiment will be presented: precise study of resonances, hyper-nuclei and time-like proton form factors. The main features of the detector will be also described, and the future perspectives will be given.
