  • Possible association with IRAS 10423-6011 a YSO
  • Suggest HMXB or YSO emission
Landi et al. 2010 (MNRAS) :
  • Swift observations + multiwavelengths catalog browsing
  • Further refinement of position with Chandra indicates right counterpart: J~H~ 15 and K~14
  • Not associated with the YSO IRAS source
  • Spectral analysis =>absorbed power law NH=2 x 1023 cm-2, &Gamma=1.8 frozen
Fiocchi et al. 2010 (ApJ) :
  • Chandra archival obs.=> 11 2-8 keV objects, and 2 between 4-8 keV
  • Brightest src coincides with the Swift source
  • Spectrum => absorbed power law + bremsstrahlung: Γ=1.2, NH=30 x 1022 cm-2 kT=0.21 keV. Extrapolation of spectrum in agreement with IBIS detection
  • Source is not the YSO
  • J=15.308, H=14.967, K=13.977
