Miscellaneous :
Landi et al. 2011 ATel 3184:
  • One X-ray source seen with Swift
  • USNO-B1.0 source has R ~18.5, B ~20, is also reported in 2MASS/GLIMPSE catalogues with J=16, H=13, K=11 and M(8um) = 8 mag
  • Non thermal radio source (G311.45-0.13) with F(6cm)= 0.5 Jy is also compatible with the X-ray object
  • Radio source slightly resolved and has been proposed to be either a small SNR or a background galaxy
  • AGN favoured although a composite SNR/pulsar wind nebulae cannot be excluded
Bodaghee et al. 2012 (ApJ) :
  • Non detection with Chandra => 2-10 keV 3-σ upper limit = 1.7E-12 erg/cm2/s
  • Variability (compared to Swift detection) favours AGN
