Miscellaneous :

Landi et al. 2011 ATel 3271:
  • 2 sources in Swift XRT=> Not possible to say which is the true countepart. Both could possibly contribute to the hard X-rays
  • Src 1:
    • Compatible with USNO-A2.0 0150_16011427 with R ~15.7 and B ~16.8
    • 2MASX J16060682-7252418 has J ~15.0, H ~14.2 and K ~13.1)
    • Classified as a galaxy in NED
    • Spectra: absorbed (NH ~3 x 1023 cm-2) power law (Γ=1.8 frozen) plus power law (&Gamma=1.8) and passing only through Galactic absorption (NH = 7.89 x 1020 cm-2) <=> excess emission below 2 keV
  • Src 2:
    • 2MASX J16052330-7253565 has J ~13.3, H ~12.4 and K ~12.2
    • Compatible with USNO-A2.0 0150_15991912 with R ~11.9 and B ~12.0
    • Also reported as a radio emitter in the SUMSS flux of 9.2 mJy at 36 cm
    • Classified as a galaxy in NED
    • Spectra: Absorbed (NH ~2 x 1023 cm-2) power law (Γ ~2.6) plus power law having the same photon index and passing only through Galactic absorption (NH = 7.94 x 1020 cm-2)<=> excess emission below 2 keV.
Masetti et al. 2013 (A&A):
  • Optical / NIR observation + spectroscopy of the 2 counterparts
  • Both are narrow emission line AGNs
  • LEDA 259433 (src #2) is a likely Sey 2 at z=0.069
  • LEDA 259580 (src #1) is a Sey 2 at z=0.090
  • MBH=8.7 108 MSun
