Miscellaneous :

Blanchard et al. 2009ATel 1981:
  • Joint INTEGRAL-Swift spectrum well fitted by a black body with a temperature of 4 keV.
  • Did not find any counterpart in the UVOT U,V and B fitler and in the POSS II survey either.
Halpern et al. 2009ATel 1982:
  • Failed to find An I-band counterpart to a limiting magnitude of I=20
  • Re analysed the Swift data => NH=2.4x1022 cm-2 <=> good agreement with the high optical extinction in this direction
  • With this absorption the Tbbody=2.9 keV
  • Other models fit the data well (power law or bremsstrahlung) with higher values of Nh.
  • Swift XRT light curve shows variability by a factor of 2 on time scales as short as 100 s.
  • Presence of a faint XMM source at a postion consistent with the Swift one, and suggest that it is the quiescent counterpart to the IGR source
