Cherepashchuk et al. 2015,ATel 7506, and Molkov et al. 2015 ATel 7520
:- INTEGRAL discovery and Swift follow up => refinement of the postion
- Spectral analysis => absorbed power-law model : NH = 0.35e22 cm-2, Γ = 2.92
- Extrapolation of the XRT spectrum to the 20-60 keV range => 5 times lower INTEGRAL flux => potential
decay of a possible outburst or more complex spectrum shape.
- USNO B1 source has R=19.15
- Quick outburst decay observed with Swift monitoring
- log slope of outburst time decay=0.3-0.4 days
