This PhD thesis explores quark dynamics within the nucleon structure through two interconnected aspects.

The first aspect refines the modeling of Generalized Parton Distributions (GPDs) using Light Front Wave Functions providing insights into quark orbital angular momentum projection contributions on the nucleon's multidimensional structure.

The second aspect involves a systematic study, incorporating mock lattice data to constrain preexisting GPD models by refining uncertainties resulting from prior modeling by investigating the constraints on lattice data necessary for the greatest reduction of uncertainty given corresponding sets of Artificial Neural Network models. The thesis contributes to a comprehensive understanding of quark dynamics and directs potential lattice QCD studies for maximum impact on joint lattice and experimental data-based GPD modeling.

Thesis Defense: Michael Joseph Riberdy under the supervision of Cédric Mezrag, Hervé Moutarde, LSN, DPhN.
