After a brief introduction of IMP, the seminar will focus on the magnet activities at IMP:
-Design, fabrication and testing of the SECRAL II superconducting magnet
-HIAF (High Intensity Heavy-ion Accelerator Facility) project and status of the HIAF fast cycling dipole prototype
-HIAF alternative design based on a tilted solenoid type dipole
-Current R&D activities and future plans
