Computation of parton distributions on the lattice

I will give an introduction to the computation of Parton physics on the lattice and discuss some recent developments in the field. I will notably talk about the non-perturbative evolution of parton distribution functions (PDFs) and present some generalized parton distributions (GPDs) calculations. I want to open up the discussion on the challenges and limitations of formalism and assess the possibility of significant progress beyond the many explorations performed in the last 5 years.
