The Institut Pascal programs
The Institut Pascal (IPa) hosts and drives the Paris-Saclay University International Programs for Physical Sciences and their Interfaces. The program's mission is to bring together groups of scientists for an extended period of time to tackle physical problems in a collaborative environment. More information on can be found on the site of the Institut Pascal at Paris-Saclay University.
The Core to Disk II program
Core to Disk II is the second in a series of programs funded by Institut Pascal and french national programs ( PNPS, PCMI, PNP). The program is advertized by the Institut Pascal here. It will take place in Orsay, on May 17-28, 2021.
The inital four-weeks program for 2020 (postponed) has been transformed into a lighter 2021 version, favoring an hybrid mode of local and online attendance. The spirit and goals of the program remain similar though: to bring together experts working on many facets of star and planet formation, with a special emphasis on the physics of dust grains along their evolutionary sequence from cold dense prestellar cores up to planetesimal formation.

Financial support
The program will subsidize the hotel and most of the meal expenses for a pool of non-local invited participants. On-site attendance is encouraged and will be funded as much as possible, but considering the special conditions we may face in 2021, we will provide tools for online attendance so a selected group of members who would show strong interest could participate virtually to the whole program.
The program is funded by the Institut Pascal and french national programs: PNPS, PCMI and PNP.
