Travel Information :
To go from Geneva to Chamonix the following possibilities are available :
1) Conference shuttles :
We organize two shuttles at 2:00pm and 7:00pm from Geneva airport/train station to Chamonix.
At the airport, exit through the international side and go to the “meeting point” in the arrival Hall
At the Geneva central train station (Cornavin), the bus will be in front of the train station, on the left side. The shuttle should bear the Astronum poster.
Departure times :
Shuttle 1 : 2:00pm Airport and 2:30 pm at the train station
Shuttle 2 : 7:00pm Airport and 7:30 pm at the train station
To use these shuttles, you must register by contacting Maud Ravanel (if it is not done already).
The price is 15€.
2) Regular buses
There is a regular shuttle service between Geneva and Chamonix operated by SAT. They have shuttles from the airport starting at 11:00am and 5:30pm. The price is 35€ and it is wise to book your seat on their web site

3) Private carriers
The following companies organize frequent connections between Geneva and Chamonix. They can be contacted directly :

For the return trip to Geneva, shuttles will be organized during the conference upon demands.
