Several ways to reach the CEA-Saclay.
From Paris by RER (map), estimated time 55mn
- At subway station Denfert-Rochereau, take the RER, Line 'B4', direction 'Saint Rémy les Chevreuses'.
- Exit at 'Le Guichet'.
- A bus will drive you to your final destination.
- Exit the Boulevard Périphérique at Porte d'Orléans.
- Take the A6 highway, following the direction Bordeaux-Nantes.
- Two kilometres later, take the A10 highway on your right, following the direction Bordeaux-Nantes.
- Two kilometres later, follow the direction Palaiseau-Bordeaux.
- After the big curve, take the left lane and one kilometre later follow the direction Versailles-Saclay.
- One kilometre later, after passing under a bridge, take on your left the D36 road to Saclay.
- Follow the D36 road during five kilometres.
- One traffic light and another 500 metres later. Keep following the direction of Saclay or Centre d'Etudes Nucleaires.
- At the roundabout "Christ de Saclay", take the D36 road after a three quarter turn, following the direction of Gif sur Yvette.
- Follow this road during one kilometre, meet a roundabout, another one kilometre and a roundabout near a golf field. After a three quarter turn take the direction Orme des Merisiers.
- 100 metres later on your right take the road bordered with a red bricks wall. Take the second road on your left. Your are in front of the Service d'Astrophysique, building #709.
- Exit the Boulevard Périphérique at Porte de Saint-Cloud.
- Cross the Pont de Sèvres and follow the N118, direction Bordeaux.
- Exit at Saclay.
- At the roundabout "Christ de Saclay", take the D36 road after a three quarter turn, following the direction of Gif sur Yvette
- Follow this road during one kilometre, meet a roundabout, another one kilometre and a roundabout near a golf field. After a three quarter turn take the direction Orme des Merisiers.
- 100 metres later on your right take the road bordered with a red bricks wall. Take the second road on your left. Your are in front of the Service d'Astrophysique, building #709.
- Leave the Orly airport following the direction of PARIS.
- One kilometre later take the N7 road, direction Villejuif.
- At the first intersection (clover leaf) take the A86 highway, following the direction Bordeaux-Nantes-Chartres.
- Two kilometres later, take the A6 highway on your right, following the direction Bordeaux-Nantes.
- Two kilometres later, take the A10 highway on your right, following the direction Bordeaux-Nantes.
- Two kilometres later, follow the direction Palaiseau-Bordeaux.
