I am writing to call your attention to a summer school in particle physics at les Houches (France) this August 1-26,

covering both phenomenological and more formal topics, entitled

Theoretical physics to face the challenge of LHC

We will have an all-star cast of lecturers, including Nima Arkani-Hamed, Jan de Boer, Gia Dvali, Lyn Evans, Louis Fayard, Gian Guidice, Dan Green, Luis Ibanez, Karl Jakobs, David Kosower, Michelangelo Mangano, Steve Myers, Yaron Oz, Alex Pomarol, Yves Sirois, Gabriele Veneziano, and more.

Please encourage your advanced graduate students and postdocs to apply,

Given the present list of applications, we especially encourage application by experimentalists.  The school will be a unique opportunity for young experimentalists and theoreticians to meet and to foster future work in common. The lecturers will be asked to adapt to the whole audience.
