KEK is involved in the R&D activities of ILC SRF-linac in the framework of GDE. We (KEK) constructed SRF Test Facility (STF) building to concentrate all SRF-related facilities in one place effectively since 2004. The STF phase-1 program was already achieved at STF/KEK where four TESLA-type cavities were cooled down and tested in a cryomodule in 2008. The cavities were treated in the new Electro-Polishing (EP) facility at STF/KEK. Now we started the string assembly of two TESLA cavities from FNAL, two from DESY, four from STF/KEK and we will cool down the eight cavities in this summer for the S1-Global program at STF/KEK. In parallel to these activities, the fundamental studies of surface treatment are also developed mainly for the understanding of EP process in collaboration with CEA/Saclay as well as with JLab. This presentation will show these SRF R&D activities at STF/KEK.
