Welcome forum on the 27th of November 2008
Science Welcome and Stéphane Du Crest, Chairman of Science Welcome and board of directors of Science Welcome are organising a welcome forum on the 27th of November 2008 where local associations and welcome groups will display some of the cultural, sporting and tourist attractions to be found in this region. This forum is for all the foreign researchers and is intended to help them settle in our area. There will be people available to answer questions and give advice on the activities available locally.
So we invite visiting researchers and their Hosts to visit the forum from 5.00 pm on Thursday 27th November 2008 in Jacques Tati cultural centre in Orsay (14 avenue Saint-Laurent, in front of cinema, center of city. RER B Orsay station) The forum will be followed at 6.00 pm by a Cocktail Party.
